Meet the Team
Our management structure brings together a young, dynamic and gender balanced team. Director Jayford Sarial, Deputy Director Graham Hinge, Academic Manager Audrey Tamtam and Local Teacher Program Manager Hancy Tabi, all inspirational Ni-Vanuatu leaders in their early to mid-twenties, are the core of the team. They are supported by organisation's founder, Management Advisor James David Roberts.
The management team have formed a committee that meets regularly throughout the year to develop the program. Program Officers Sabrina Tabi and Donalyn Tamtam, both female summer school graduates, complete the committee. There are two additional Program Officer positions on the committee that are currently vacant, for two male summer school graduates, to be filled in 2019.
